Nigel Richardson is SVP & CIO at PepsiCo Europe and is accountable for all aspects of information technology and leading digital transformation. He is based in Geneva. Immediately prior to this role, Nigel served as VP Global Delivery, and prior to that as VP Global End User Services.
From 2012 to 2015 Nigel was based in Moscow as CIO for PepsiCo’s East Europe region, where he led the technology integration for a number of major acquisitions. Before, he served as CIO for UK, Ireland and Sub-Saharan Africa, where he led transformation programs to deliver new business capabilities through technology.
Before joining PepsiCo, Nigel worked for Mars, leading technology projects supporting a number of global and European supply chain and research and development programs. He started his career in the automotive industry as an engineer writing software for embedded systems before becoming a manufacturing manager responsible for Land Rover engine production.
Nigel holds a Master of Arts degree in engineering from the University of Cambridge.

Mr. Wiegand is Lilium’s co-founder, Chief Engineer for Innovation and Future Programs and an Executive Director on Lilium’s board.

A specialist in propulsion, Daniel pioneered Lilium’s aircraft architecture while studying Aeronautics at the Technical University of Munich. He graduated with a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering with a focus on flight propulsion systems. Daniel started Lilium in 2015 together with three other co-founders.

His first patent was filed when he was still in high school. He has won multiple awards, including “Jugend forscht”, Germany’s most recognized tech competition. As a project manager at ABB in Zurich, he has gained in-depth experience in managing complex projects as well as insights into business development.

Flying has always been his passion: he started gliding at the age of 14 and became a pilot before he was allowed to drive a car.

He was named Under 35 Innovator of the Year by the MIT Technology Review.

Vinayak Godse is the CEO of Data Security Council of India. He has over 27 years of experience in Information Security, IT Transformation, Intelligent Networking and Telecom Infrastructure.

Vinayak also leads the National Centre of Excellence (NCoE) for Cybersecurity Technology and Entrepreneurship, a joint initiative of DSCI and Ministry of Electronics & IT. NCoE is engaged in cybersecurity industry building, fostering security research and product engineering, and building an ecosystem for security entrepreneurship.

He has been deeply engaged with all initiatives of DSCI with government stakeholders and sectoral regulators. He was instrumental in developing DSCI Security Framework (DSF), DSCI Privacy Framework (DPF) and DSCI Certified Privacy Lead Assessor (DCPLA), DSCI Certified Privacy Professional (DCPP) certifications and conducted many of these training programs.

Prior to DSCI, he worked with the Global Consulting Practice of TCS in Information Risk Management and also worked as a Telecom Engineer at BSNL. He started his career as a lecturer in Electronics Engineering.

Further, he is a regular panel speaker at various national and international conferences, seminars, and webinars, e.g., at the Central Bank of Brazil in 2018.
