Dr. Omar Hatamleh is co-author of BetweenBrains. A book that explores the impact of Artificial Intelligence on the future of jobs, ethics, technologies and economies. Omar is former Chief Innovation Officer, Engineering at NASA (2015 – March 2020) and Executive Director of the Space Studies Program at the International Space University (2016-2019). Omar has 25 years of aerospace industry experience and has published over 33 international journal articles; he has four engineering degrees, speaks four languages, and has been an invited keynote speaker to multiple national and international events.
