Former CEO, Customer Services at SiemensKaren Florschuetz was CEO of the Business Unit Customer Services (Digital Industries) at Siemens. Prior to her appointment, Karen held several senior positions in Germany, the Netherlands and the USA. Most recently, she worked in the Business Unit Factory Automation as EVP of Automation Products & Customizing Solutions at the Siemens headquarters in Fuerth. Previous she held various management positions for Siemens and Dresser Rand in the Oil & Gas sector, including Operations Americas – heading all Dresser Rand and Siemens sites/plants in the USA and India and as GM of Packaged Compression Trains heading the plants in Houston (USA) and Hengelo (Holland). She studied economics and industrial science in Germany and Canada and got an MBA in the USA.
