About Nikki Eberhardt

Dr. Nikki Eberhardt’s life goal is to power people with audacious solutions, armed to tackle the globe’s most intractable challenges. She disrupts at the intersection of edtech, executive leadership and scalable social entrepreneurship. She helps high-performance leaders to inspire, innovate and drive impact.

Nikki is an entrepreneur as Founder CEO at Deep Impact Hub and formerly in a digital startup with influencers, brands, charities and a fintech remittance space to enable migrant financial inclusion.

She is a neuroscience-based high flow coach from Flow Research Collective and executive coach from Columbia Business and Teachers College. She is writing a book on purposeful leadership.

Nikki is Professor of Business at Minerva University, world's most innovative (WURI) and competitive admissions (Forbes)—teaching startup finance, marketing, social entrepreneurship—reinventing higher ed and building global innovators.

On Delta Air Lines' Global Talent Management team, Nikki managed a flagship leadership program and was senior facilitator. Her team crafted growth paths for 110,000 employees.

Nikki emcees large cross-industry summits at Ecosystems2030, NASA, AI summit in Silicon Valley and several tech conferences in Europe. She sits on three boards of directors, including as Executive Committee and Philanthropy Chair at RESULTS ($12B advocacy to end poverty).

She works with Global Citizen, a movement harnessing influencers, world leaders, corporates with 12M Global Citizens to defeat poverty, defend planet and demand equity. They raised $43.6B in funds distributed and are driving 34M+ digital actions that affect 1.28B lives.

Nikki has a PhD Global Sociology, Masters International Development and an Oxford MBA.
