Ignasi Viladesau joined MyInvestor as Chief Investment Officer in 2021, having previously been a portfolio manager at BlackRock, managing more than 5 billion EUR in global multi-asset portfolios with a focus on medium term growth and downside protection.
He also co-managed 30 billion in institutional pension plans for European and American clients with a focus on long term growth. Ignasi has also had experience at PIMCO, as well as strategy consulting firm McKinsey and JPMorgan´s investment banking unit.
He studied mechanical enginering at UPC in Spain, aeronautical engineering at ISAE Supaéro in France and holds an MBA from MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) in the US.
