Flavia Ciaccia has over 15 years of experience in managing international and multicultural projects. She leads research that focuses on human-centered design and user experience at Eve Urban Air Mobility Solutions. She believes it is essential to rethink urban mobility and bring consumer insights into the development of solutions that improve people's lives.
Flavia holds a Ph.D. in production engineering from University of São Paulo and a postgraduate degree in Strategic Innovation Management from FIA.
