V R Ferose is a Senior Vice President and Head of SAP Engineering Academy (San Ramon, California). He is responsible for the building the next generation of engineering talent at SAP.
He is passionate about making a difference in the world in a meaningful way. He started the industry's leading Autism initiative, "Autism at Work". He is a regular speaker and gives a guest lecture at Columbia University on the topic of "Personal Leadership".
He is the co-author of #1 Amazon bestseller "The Invisible Majority". The book has a Foreword by His Holiness the Dalai Lama. He has also co-authored the bestseller "GIFTED: Inspiring Stories of People with Disabilities" - the kannada translation won the Karnataka Sahitya Academy Award; "Innovating the World - The Globalization Advantage"; and the graphic novels "GRIT: The Major Story" and "GRIT: The Vishwas Story".
