In her multiple roles as Innovation and Leadership Executive Coach to C-suites and Entrepreneurs; Founding Partner & Board Member, LISA (Stanford GSB LEAD Incubator & Startup Accelerator); Advisor for DayOne MedTech Accelerator; and Jury & Mentor at MassChallenge, she helps to define and refine big innovation ideas and visions. As a Research Affiliate at MIT Media Lab for AI Ventures studio, she is working with Entrepreneurs who leverage AI-centric technologies to address complex global challenges and foster innovation. She has helped create one of the biggest Stanford global alumni communities building 200+ new ventures from 36 countries represented. She advises various corporate venture studios and government-led Accelerators on setting up their platforms, resources, partner networks, and support systems.
Deepti’s cross-industry experience includes Former Chief Innovation Officer (Health-tech startup, Silicon valley), working with hundreds of Global Executives at Stanford GSB’s Executive Education Program facilitating and coaching on Innovation & Leadership courses, helping build Pandemic Technologies solutions with MIT Media Labs Spinoff, and heading Product & Brand Strategy with Global Lifestyle Brands.
She stands in awe of the brilliance of hundreds of founders she meets, yet dismayed by their self-limiting actions and beliefs, inability to effectively communicate their story, or rally-in support from potential partners and investors.
Vowing to make a difference, she sparks ambition within founders with social-science-backed strategies for success. She is the author of Bestselling and Award-winning book - Trailblazer Founders. She has talked about her ideas at the coveted TEDx stage, Various Innovation Keynotes at Stanford University & other world stages, and at the World Economic Forum as Panel Speaker in 2024.
