Dr. Nancy Namrouqa, a professional Jordanian Legist with over 25 years of governmental legislation and legal consultation experience.
Nancy is a holder of a PHD in law with honor/Constitutional and Election management. Ever since childhood, Nancy always dreamt of standing in court as a legal advisor to defend innocent people. Studying Law was Nancy’s passion and after graduation she trained as a legal professor in court in which she obtained her Advocate license.
As Nancy moved on she noticed her interest in Legislations and its interpretations. She applied to the Jordanian Legislation & Opinion Bureau and was accepted as a researcher. That was her starting point in which she managed to move up the ladder to become a Consultant, Head of legislation departments and assistant to the Head of the Legislation & Opinion Bureau and she prepared a Legislation drafting guide.
During that period, as a mother of 4 children and with the assistance of her family she managed to obtain her Masters degree then followed it up by PHD. Those years established for Nancy excellent grounds to the base of being nominated to become the Jordanian Minister of Legal Affairs which is the prime of her career. It proved that hard work, loyalty and dedication are the key factors for success.
