Yolanda Serra is a female senior leader with the responsibility of global growth in the prestige executive education industry, focused on developing top talent in leading companies across the globe. With over 20 years experience in general management, international business development, global marketing, innovation and change management, she is an expert in advising and persuading C-suite executive development globally.
Moreover, she is also the Director of the IESE~Harvard Corporate Governance Program in Europe since 2015 and has served at the board of several foundations on women empowerment and development. She has developed an expertise on the social and governance aspects of corporate sustainability, and she can help boards and management committees in successfully embracing the challenges of talent growth and development in the AI age.
