Short Biography


Graduated in Aerospace Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, Verónica Pascual Boé has completed an MBA at the Collège of Engineers of Paris and an Executive Master in Positive Leadership and Strategy (EXMPLS) in IE Business School. Likewise, she has various postgraduate studies at INSEAD, Stanford, and Harvard Business School.

She is an entrepreneur who has led a Group of companies linked to digital transformation for 18 years headed by ASTI Mobile Robotics Group, a company based in Spain, France, and Germany, dedicated to supplying autonomous vehicle systems for process automation in industrial sectors such as automotive, food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and retail. Since August 2021, ASTI Mobile Robotics has been integrated into ABB Robotics and Verónica has held the position of Global Manager of Autonomous Mobile Robotics until January 2023.

She currently leads her family office, ALBP Corp, one of whose main objectives is the investment in technology-based impact projects, such as Marsi Bionics, first paediatric exoskeleton for physical therapy of children with neurological conditions.

Verónica chairs the ASTI Technology and Talent Foundation, a foundation created for the development of STEM vocations from an early age. Likewise, she is Endeavor Entrepreneur, board member and vice chairman of Endeavor Spain, member of the Advisory Board of Telefónica Tech, and Independent Board member of Telefónica, GAM, Telefónica Audiovisual Digital and Viscofan. She is also part of the global leadership network Eisenhower Fellowship (Global Eisenhower Fellow 2024).

She began her professional career at an international level in the department of strategic management of Human Resources of multinational industrial group, Bouygues. In 2004, she joined the family company ASTI, having held different positions in the Management of said company (Technical Management and Commercial Management). At the end of 2006, she became General Manager and, in 2008, she opted for the acquisition of 100% of the shares of said company.

In parallel, she has held various positions, among others, the following stand out: Promoter and Founder through ASTI of the Digital Innovation Hub (DIHBU) of Burgos, (2018); President of the Industry 4.0 Working Group of the Junta de Castilla y León (2016-2018); President of the Industry 4.0 Commission and Vice President of Talent Development at AMETIC (2016-2018); Member of the Advisory Council of the Quality Agency of the University System (2015-2016); Member of the Advisory Board of EAE Business School (2015-2016); Member of the Governing Council of APD Castilla y León (2014-2015); Member of the Board of Directors of Castilla y León Family Business (2001-2013).
